Senior Media Strategist

We are seeking a senior performance manager to lead media strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients. This role requires a professional with strategic performance marketing skills to drive long-term client success.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with large, complex B2C clients in professional services and be able to demonstrate impact through campaign results.
Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Managing and optimizing budgets for mid-to-high six-figure campaigns.
- Aligning creative and messaging to the funnel stage and client goals.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders on client direction and presenting campaign insights.
- Overseeing retained B2C clients in professional services and delivering high-quality work.
- 8+ years of experience in paid performance, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
- Proven experience working with large, complex B2C clients in professional services (e.g., property, legal, and industrial sectors).
- Hands-on experience with digital paid media, optimization, and reporting.
- A commercial mindset with confidence in client-facing conversations.
- Professional values-driven.
- $130,000 - $140,000 (inclusive of super).
- North Sydney, Hybrid.
