We are seeking a highly skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in providing technical expertise and assistance with process maintenance.

The successful candidate will have the ability to undertake moderately complex work under limited direction, delivering quality outcomes related to national and branch deliverables. A strong understanding of legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies, and precedents is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing technical support across a range of programs or activities, including systems and people performance, financial management, staff lifecycle, knowledge management, and change implementation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation relating to service delivery, ensuring alignment to relevant legislation and policy.
  • Analyzing data and written information to inform decision making.
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant statutory, regulatory, and policy frameworks.

**Requirements:**

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Desirable experience in case management and staff development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in the disability, health, or aged care sectors.
