Senior Sales Executive Job Description

TCL ZHONGHUAN is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our solar sales efforts in the Australian utility power plant segment. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in energy industry or infrastructure environment. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with executives and key personnel at target accounts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Power Plant market segment in Australia.
  • Build relationships with electric utility executives and other key personnel at target accounts.
  • Direct regional sales & support team in development of project proposals and responses to competitive RFPs.
  • Maintain high-level relationships with executives and key personnel in customer organizations during the sales, financing, project execution, and operational phases.
  • Consistently exceed bookings and sales targets through the expansion of new and existing customer markets.
