Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a customer-orientated Warehouse Operations Assistant on a full-time basis based in our warehouse. You will play a key part in providing exceptional support and creating enchanting experiences for our valued customers.

The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Assistant on a full-time basis to join our close-knit team. As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including stock management, invoicing, and delivery.

Specifically, your duties may include:

  • Processing orders for dispatch
  • Maintaining a tidy and orderly warehouse
  • Assisting with the unloading of containers
  • Liaising with customers and other departments
  • Deliveries as required
  • Assisting with minor repairs to stock
  • Administering stock control
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have:

  • Prior experience in a similar warehouse role
  • A current driver's license
  • A current forklift license, or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and a passionate approach to all aspects of your duties
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to complete high volumes of manual handling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
