Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing pool plant systems, maintaining high standards of customer service, and providing exceptional leadership to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with OHS regulations
  • Maintain excellent communication with staff, management, and patrons to ensure a positive experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive results
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and respect within the team
