This role offers a comprehensive 12-month supply chain graduate program focused on career development and exposure to the Australian meat industry.
- You will participate in a tailored rotational graduate program with full supply chain exposure.
- Work across feedlots, processing plants, food technology, and corporate offices.
- Gain a deep understanding of the product from farm to table.
- Achieve the AUS Meat Beef Specifications Qualification.
- Based at the major processing site in Inverell with travel to other sites including QLD and regional NSW.
- Collaborate with industry-leading professionals, mentors, and peers.
To be successful, you should have:
- Completed a Bachelor degree or higher in 2024 or 2025.
- A quick learner with a proactive attitude aligned to company values.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to coordinate, plan, and work autonomously.
- Full-time working rights in Australia.
