We are seeking a skilled and flexible Planogram Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for executing planograms in retail stores and maintaining strong relationships with store management.

This is a part-time opportunity that requires approximately 20-30 hours per week in the Melbourne area. Flexibility is essential across Monday - Friday, as hours may vary depending on business needs.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously while being part of a larger team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with store managers, executing planograms accurately, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with store managers
  • Execute planograms accurately
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking of products is required
  • Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
  • Represent our company positively and professionally

Requirements:

  • Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
