Job Overview

At the forefront of shaping public transport in Western Australia, we seek an accomplished Integration Manager to spearhead major infrastructure projects within our Project Delivery Division.

As a key member of our team, you will lead dynamic project teams through all phases from planning to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with stakeholders and meeting the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage low to medium risk projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
  • Drive successful project outcomes through effective leadership, stakeholder management, and strong technical expertise.
  • Review and develop rail staging plans, fostering collaboration and expertise across teams.
  • Develop and mentor team members, promoting growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven technical expertise in project and contract management, including experience in railway works and complex project interfaces.
  • Leadership skills, demonstrated through team management and professional membership of relevant industry bodies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
