Retail Merchandise Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Retail Merchandise Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing effective merchandising strategies that align with our core policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely product replenishment and optimal merchandising displays throughout the store.
  • Enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand and customer experience through high-quality merchandising and in-store marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with team members to provide an exceptional shopping experience for both in-store and online customers, while addressing any customer inquiries or issues.
  • Assisting with customer service tasks, including counter operations as needed.
