Senior IT Solutions Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Solutions Architect to join our organization. This key role plays a critical part in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for driving sales success through strategic solution design, collaborating with account managers and business development managers to identify opportunities, and supporting tender submissions and sales enablement activities.
  • The successful candidate will lead customer discovery workshops to understand current state and desired outcomes, create comprehensive solution documentation including architecture diagrams, statements of work, and cost models, and present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive solution architecture experience in delivery and pre-sales is essential.
  • A proven track record of achieving annual sales targets is required.
  • Experience working with Managed Services Providers serving mid-market customers (50-1000 seats) is necessary.
  • Strong background in business requirements gathering and technical documentation is required.
  • Deep expertise across multiple technology domains, including cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, modern workplace, and unified communications is expected.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, TOGAF, ITIL, PRINCE2, and advanced technical certifications from vendors such as Microsoft, Fortinet, HPE, Veeam, Tenable, SentinelOne, etc. are beneficial.
