Job Opportunity: Educational Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to play a key role in enhancing our educational programs for children. You will work closely with Educators to observe, review, and continuously improve these programs.


Responsibilities:
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice in collaboration with our centre leadership team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current WA Working with Children Check.
