">As an Occupational Therapist in our team, you will play a vital role in helping participants from age 6 to 65, with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial. You will conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.

Flexible Work Arrangements
">- Better Flex Policy: Flexible hours and the opportunity to flex off when you've completed your client work.
- Clear KPIs: Realistic, achievable and sustainable monthly targets.
- Paid Parental Leave: 8 weeks for the primary carer and 2 for the secondary carer.
- Travel Reimbursement: Work-related travel paid monthly at 92c per KM under the NDIS Regulated Reimbursement category.
About You: We're after clinicians with a genuine interest in supporting participants with Disability who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.
">- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain).
