Lead Model Audit Specialist


We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our model audit team in its growth and development. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments, providing strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments, and reviewing and interpreting commercial documentation to ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and development of the model audit team
  • Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
  • Provide strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments
  • Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model
  • Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Lead in the planning of resources across the team
  • Develop and inspire a market-leading team
  • Instill a collaborative high-performing culture
  • Lead in the growth of the model audit practice
  • Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business
  • Lead in the development of client pitches

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a drive to create something exceptional
  2. Be a respected leader within the model audit sector
  3. Have in-depth expertise in Project Finance
  4. Have (10+) years of relevant experience in financial model audit, currently working at a senior level within an established financial model audit practice
  5. Have an in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification is beneficial
  6. Hold a degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial
  7. Have experience with the FAST financial modeling standard desirable
