Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to join our Corporate Systems team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, cloud-based applications that support critical business functions such as cashflow management and distribution process.

Your primary objectives will include analysing complex business systems, processes, and user needs through workshops and interviews; leading system set-up, technical designs, test planning, and testing; and participating in technical designs and test planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business and user needs, documenting requirements, and develop moderately complex information systems.
  • Translate clients' requirements and business needs into functional documentation and system and software requirements.
  • Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups aiming to improve business results.
  • Lead the implementation of systems and software, identifying and documenting all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes.
  • Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues.
  • Perform user support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Five to ten years of related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • Specializations that will make an impact: Experience working in the financial services industry, experience around AWS technologies, understanding of agile practices.
