Join a fast-moving startup building innovative AI-powered products for child development. As our Founding Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design direction of our company and creating seamless, human-centered interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design new interaction design conventions that are on the frontier
  • Collaborate with founding team to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps
  • Lead the design of agent-backed conversational interfaces, building at the edge of the AI application layer
  • Cover the full breadth of UX across both parent and clinical practitioner experiences
  • Shape the experience direction of indi, rooted in deep user empathy

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and the ability to design for both emotion and function
  • Ability to explain design decisions clearly to engineers, founders and parents alike
  • Technical understanding of LLMs and hands on experience building on top of them
  • Experience designing for health, education, or family-focused products
