Hotel Services Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Hotel Services Manager. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to every guest.

  • Collaborating closely with leadership to support smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating staff to consistently provide outstanding hospitality.
  • Contributing to revenue generation through strategic service offerings and upselling opportunities.
  • Championing a service-first culture, creating memorable experiences at every guest interaction.

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven background in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Friendly, guest-focused demeanor with a genuine passion for providing assistance and creating memorable experiences.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and relevant hospitality systems, with demonstrated strengths in analysis, problem-solving, and multitasking.
  • Effective team leader with a talent for motivating, guiding, and developing staff to achieve high performance.
