">Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and continence support in a way that maintains dignity and comfort.
  • Assisting with medication, ensuring clients receive the correct medication.
  • Supporting with daily living by offering a helping hand to high-care clients with activities that make everyday life easier.
  • Lending a hand at home with domestic duties, light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping living spaces safe and welcoming.
  • Being a friendly face by providing social support and companionship, including driving clients to shops, appointments, or community activities.
  • Following personalized care plans to make sure each client's needs and preferences are met with consistency and care.
  • Encouraging independence by supporting clients to do as much as they can for themselves, using our wellness approach.
">Requirements
  • Previous experience in aged care or community care, including personal care.
  • A current Australian driver's license and own reliable car.
  • A genuine passion for supporting older people to live independently in their own homes.
  • The ability to build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
  • Good communication skills and a caring, patient nature.
