We're looking for a Resilience Framework Developer to join our team

In this role, you'll develop and enhance our operational resilience framework, specifically the operational risk components. You'll also review and challenge risk-taking activities, building operational resilience and risk management awareness within our business lines.

Our ideal candidate has strong operational risk experience, preferably in financial services, with experience at a big-four consulting firm highly desirable. They should be excellent communicators, able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and have a solid understanding of Australian regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include developing risk reporting, providing insight and actionable advice, and undertaking deep dives into the application of our operational resilience framework. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to work independently, and prioritise tasks effectively.
