Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Server Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with engineers and mobile operators to develop a network stack that supports millions of users. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the backend infrastructure to handle millions of concurrent API calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and secure the backend infrastructure to support the platform
- Collaborate with the engineering team and mobile operators to develop the network stack
- Design and implement scalable and secure web services
- Work with distributed systems, RESTful services, and concurrency
- Develop a good understanding of the network stack and HTTP protocol
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL data modeling
- Familiarity with AWS, Redis, Kafka, and Cassandra is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as Java, PHP, C++, Scala, or Lua
- 3+ years of experience building secure and scalable web services
- Experience with distributed systems, RESTful services, and concurrency
- Good understanding of the network stack and HTTP protocol
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL data modeling
- Familiarity with AWS, Redis, Kafka, and Cassandra is a plus
