We are seeking a skilled Clinical Speech Pathology Expert to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a senior member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech pathology services to individuals of all ages and abilities.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with Speech Pathology Australia and a passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team. With experience delivering services under the NDIS and leading others, you will be well-equipped to make a real difference within the community.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence. As a Clinical Speech Pathology Expert, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our organization's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to individuals of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Contribute to the development of our organization's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
