Merchandise Coordinator Role Overview

The Merchandise Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by effectively executing company merchandising objectives. This includes delivering merchandising excellence by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximized.

  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, both in-store and online, resolving customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Coordinate day-to-day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides, and new product initiatives.
  • Contribute to maintaining the highest standards of merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation, ultimately enhancing the overall store experience.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A results-driven individual who excels in fast-paced retail environments.
  • Strong knowledge of merchandise, operations, or related fields, with a keen eye for detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
