Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Dental Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, working effectively with our clinical partners, and contributing to the smooth operation of our practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition.
  • Take accurate patient records, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Perform reception duties, including meeting and greeting patients, handling general enquiries, and processing payments.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients.
  • Strong time management and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
