Assistant Store Manager Job Description

T2 is seeking a results-driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join its dynamic team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Job Summary:
  • Lead the store team with confidence, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and staff coaching.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, manage controllable costs, and maintain high-quality store standards.

  • You are a natural leader with excellent communication and time management skills, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances, with a solutions-focused approach.
