About the Role

Our pioneering logistics company is seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our engineering team's growth. As a senior member, you will craft scalable systems, mentor junior colleagues, and exemplify clean code practices.

Technical Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying software in various languages and stacks
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and deep familiarity with our technical stack
  • Expertise in best practices (Object Calisthenics, SOLID, OOP, Scrum, XP, CI/CD)
  • Track record of working with Restful APIs, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Linux environments
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience collaborating with remote teams

Our Stack

We utilize:

- Backend: Postgres, PHP (Symphony or Laravel)

- Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery

- Infrastructure: AWS, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker

Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop highly reliable and fault-tolerant systems
  2. Establish automated build/test/deployment environments
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  4. Apply Domain-Driven Design, design patterns, and advanced Git practices to ensure maintainable code
