Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team in a busy restaurant environment. This role involves food preparation, taking directions, and multitasking effectively.
Responsibilities- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during service hours.
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures.
- Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts.
- Clean and sanitize the food prep area and kitchen at the end of each shift.
- Previous experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Able to read and follow standardized recipes.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- ServeSafe Certification is a plus.
- Evening and weekend shifts required.
