We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our International Operations Finance Graduate programme as an International Operations Finance Development Programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of our business, working closely with senior managers and building a network of international colleagues.

Job DescriptionAs an International Operations Finance Development Programme, you will be responsible for:
- Providing financial management and controlling of our operations, ensuring financial compliance and making challenging decisions.
- Working with senior managers to develop and implement financial strategies that drive value creation and competitiveness.
- Building a network of international colleagues and establishing yourself as one of tomorrow's key people in finance at Novo Nordisk.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, accounting, business administration, international business, or management accounting.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Excellent academic achievements, with above-average grades.
- International experience, such as studying abroad, working, or volunteering.
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies.
- An international mindset and ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive, and eagerness to learn.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
