Lead Audio Visual Designer

This role involves leading the design of complex audio visual systems for various building projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, architects, builders and consultants to deliver efficient, user-focused and technically robust solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in audio visual design within the building services or technology consulting sector, with a proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale projects. They will also have in-depth technical knowledge of AV systems design, integration standards, relevant codes and emerging industry technologies.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology innovation and experienced in integrating user experience, accessibility and sustainable solutions into their designs. A strong portfolio of work across sectors like commercial, healthcare, education and residential is essential.

About You
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in audio visual design within the building services or technology consulting sector.
  • You have in-depth technical knowledge of AV systems design, integration standards, relevant codes and emerging industry technologies.
  • You're confident delivering projects independently, while coordinating with other disciplines such as electrical, mechanical and ICT.
  • You have a strong portfolio of work across sectors like commercial, healthcare, education and residential.
  • You're passionate about technology innovation and experienced in integrating user experience, accessibility and sustainable solutions into your designs.
  • You're known for your clear communication, practical problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
