Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and we are now seeking an experienced Lead Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated therapist to lead our addiction recovery program at our Wangaratta Therapeutic Community. As a Lead Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address the complex needs of our clients. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction counseling, therapeutic interventions, and case management. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) and experience working within a residential rehabilitation setting would be highly regarded.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $95,000-$115,000 AUD, based on the company's budget, location, and industry standards.
