The Role

We are seeking a DMC Project Engineer to join our Design, Manufacture, Construction (DMC) Team.

This site-based role requires travel and work away from Head Office in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

You will work closely with the project manager, quantity surveyor, design teams, and construction teams to support the management and coordination of project delivery.

You will use effective communication skills and technical expertise to develop designs that utilise industry-leading DfMA components and create hybrid structures from various materials.

Your responsibilities will extend through the coordination of the DfMA supply chain manufacturing and providing technical support to construction assembly teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-construction: Influence DfMA system approach strategy, produce project specification, and set out quality standards.
  • Design: Coordinate design solution with clients and PCE designers, manage design programme, and monitor outputs.
  • Manufacture: Manage production outputs in line with programmes, monitor quality of off-site manufactured components, and support production teams.
  • Construction: Monitor quality of construction and ensure technical compliance, support construction teams, and provide technical guidance.
