Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled FSQA Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product, hygiene and food safety within our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and Rectifying Issues
    • Conduct pre-operational hygiene assessments, meat hygiene inspections, and microbial samplings as required.
    • Monitor and maintain AQIS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with the H.A.C.C.P team to ensure adherence to WHS, Quality Assurance, and MSQA processes.
  • Product and Process Verification
    • Conduct product and process specification verification checks to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Monitor and maintain FSQA isolation procedures to prevent contamination.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and timely records of all activities, including inspections, sampling, and documentation.
    • Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar FSQA position, preferably within the meat industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Experience with HACCP, WHS, and MSQA processes.
