Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SOC/SIEM deployment and migration projects. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customer engagements as the XSIAM/Cortex technical lead.

This role involves serving as a project lead, providing expert advice and strategic guidance to customers. You will also manage and mentor a team of security consultants and engineers to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and strategic guidance.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of security consultants and engineers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Use Case Development: Develop and refine use cases, correlation rules, and onboarding strategies.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive team performance, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
Requirements & Qualifications
