About the Role
  • Field-based Medical Science Liaison position
  • Oncology portfolio with Breast cancer focus
  • Clinically focused role working with and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Provide unbiased, accurate, and up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – sales, marketing & medical
  • Requires strong scientific knowledge and commercial understanding
  • Drive projects from concept to execution
  • Conduct medical review of promotional materials
  • Act as an internal expert to support staff training
Requirements
  • Successful completion of relevant science-based tertiary qualifications: post-grad/Masters (minimum) or PhD required
  • Relevant industry (medical/scientific/HSR) experience in the Oncology area is essential
  • Breast Cancer experience is highly regarded
  • Learning agility to comprehend and effectively communicate complex scientific content
  • Self-directed and able to work alone in the field, effectively managing multiple priorities and projects
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage in professional relationship-building and networking
  • Advanced presentation and computer skills with expertise in literature identification
  • Strong communication skills
