We are seeking an experienced ESG project manager to join our Corporate Assurance team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clients: Manage climate, sustainability, and ESG assurance engagements globally, adhering to relevant standards and methodologies.
  • Project Planning: Plan, execute, and deliver multiple complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client Relationships: Lead client interactions throughout a project, including presentations, meetings, site visits, and management reports.
  • Business Development: Contribute to team success by building strong client relationships, anticipating needs, and developing proposals.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, mentor, and support project team members and direct reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in sustainability, engineering, business, or audit-related field.
  • 5-6 years of professional experience, preferably in professional services.
  • Expertise in project management, managing multiple clients, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability/ESG topics, including GHG emissions, waste, biodiversity, health and safety, EDI, supply chain, governance, etc.
  • Familiarity with Australian regulatory reporting obligations and sustainable finance services.
  • Excellent communication, data analysis, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, contribute enthusiastically, and be a team player.
  • Willingsness to travel internationally for client visits.
