Relief Optical Assistant/Dispenser Job Description

This role offers a diverse experience with direct customer interaction and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Travel to various locations throughout Queensland for relief work, providing support to our network of optical practices.
  • Promote exceptional patient care by communicating effectively with patients and visitors, responding promptly to their needs.
  • Utilize your product knowledge and fashion expertise to assist patients in selecting frames that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • Foster a positive patient experience by ensuring timely service and maintaining a friendly telephone reception presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, enhancing your skills and contributing to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Maintain flexibility and availability for weekend work, as well as travel to practices from Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast.
