Infrastructure Operations Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support our infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia. The role is based in Western Australia but will require semi-regular work away from home across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of heavy machinery and equipment to support the construction and maintenance of infrastructure assets.
- Installation of poly pipelines, laser levels, and drill rigs.
- Undertake general labouring tasks such as site preparation, excavation, and material handling.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the wider infrastructure operations team to achieve project goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Skilled and ticketed labourers with recent experience.
- Ability to be fit-tested in-house.
- Previous experience in a similar labourer or operator role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating a range of heavy machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant licences and certifications, including skid steer, truck, and forklift licence or construction induction card.
- Your own reliable transport.
