Experienced Maintenance Planner

Brunel International is currently seeking an experienced Shutdown Maintenance Planner to join our team for a 4-month contract in Dampier, Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling in the mining industry, specifically in mobile fleet or fixed plant. This role offers a challenging opportunity to utilize advanced computer skills, including intermediate/advanced use of MS Office (Excel/Project) and SAP experience. Experience with Prometheus is also desirable.
As a Shutdown Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining shutdown schedules for mobile fleet or fixed plant maintenance
- Identifying critical paths and potential bottlenecks in the shutdown schedule
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the shutdown is executed safely, on time, and within budget
- Creating and maintaining maintenance plans in SAP
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Ensuring compliance with shutdown management processes and business work management processes
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling in the mining industry, specifically in mobile fleet or fixed plant
- Advanced computer skills, including intermediate/advanced use of MS Office (Excel/Project)
- SAP experience is a must have for this role
- Experience with Prometheus is desirable
- A current right to work in Australia
