We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Purfleet, Essex. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary.
- This role requires candidates to have In date Reach and Counterbalance FL certificates
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment and hold GCSEs (or equivalent) along with good basic Maths & English skills.
Furthermore, the successful applicant will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, be physically fit, and have the ability to work independently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Counterbalance and Reach FL trucks and electric pallet trucks safely to transfer, store, pick and load finished goods – including general warehouse duties
- Daily equipment checks and maintain a high level of housekeeping
- Use stock control system via mounted tablet to receive tasks, input data and fulfill duties accurately
- Label finished product and complete all documentation accurately
- Overtime paid at x1.5 on Saturdays and x2 on Sunday when required
