This position involves working as part of a team to deliver high-standard cleaning services across multiple sites in Wagga Wagga.
You will be responsible for supervising and supporting team members, conducting scheduled site visits to maintain service quality and providing troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily cleaning tasks at your assigned site, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to scope.
- Supervise and support team members, including hands-on training and regular site visits to maintain service standards.
- Monitor team attendance using internal systems and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Act as the first point of contact for on-site queries, escalating urgent issues to your supervisor.
- Oversee cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a small team.
- Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment is advantageous.
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence are required.
- A smartphone is essential for using internal systems.
- Australian working rights are mandatory.
