Product Visionary

This role is pivotal in spearheading a flagship learning product, driving innovation and strategic growth.

As a seasoned Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering the product vision and roadmap aligned to organisational objectives.

You will have a significant impact on the team with opportunities to drive cutting-edge technology, improve the events experience, and shape the future of education and work across all teams within the organisation.

Exceptional communication skills are essential as you will represent the brand to global stakeholders, embodying the audacious brand values.

This role requires someone who is always ready to learn, adapt, and grow with a flexible and award-winning team.

Duties:

  • Owning the Product Portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
  • Communicating and managing expectations with executive leadership
  • Developing new products from ideation to MVP stage for an incredible user experience
  • Defining and contributing to the product roadmap and executing it in collaboration with your team
  • Leading the wider product team through knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Developing new product ideas and experimentation plans via brainstorming, market research, customer interviews, discovery processes, and competitive analysis

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualifications in Product Management, Digital User Experience, or Business Analytics desirable
  • Experience delivering tech products from conceptualisation to rollout
  • Leadership skills with the ability to lead & manage people directly and indirectly
  • Proficient with software and design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Atlassian suite of products
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role with technology products. We're looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, leadership, and growing with a dynamic team.
