Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team at Clinique in Sydney International Airport. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Achieve sales targets through the utilization of link selling, consultation, demonstration, and working outside counters.
  • Adhere to the Estee Lauder Companies grooming guidelines and maintain a professional image.
  • Deliver skincare and makeup applications, ensuring that all customers are provided with up-to-date information regarding skincare techniques.
  • Attend and participate in designated training sessions to develop skills, stay current with product knowledge, and enhance social selling abilities.
  • Replenish and rotate stock, maintain counter and tester units, and ensure hygiene standards for each customer.
  • Follow guidelines and direction, accept and implement suggestions/feedback from store or Clinique Sales and Education Manager.
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic and cooperative team player approach to colleagues and store management.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Customer service or sales experience of minimum 2 years.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with the brand and store management, and work independently.
About You

We are looking for a service-oriented individual with a "can do" attitude and a passion for the retail industry. You should be friendly and a conversationalist who understands luxury skincare, with past experience in retail, hospitality, or travel. A good command of the English language and a second language would be advantageous.
