Cloud Solutions Leader

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Leader to spearhead our cloud initiatives and drive business impact through efficient service delivery and consistent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in cloud technologies, and the ability to analyze customer feedback to understand success conditions and address customer risks and challenges.

This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms, technical certifications, and 8+ years of experience in related areas such as infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, and technology solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate will have 3+ years of people management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the delivery of efficient services and consistent customer experiences
  • Analyze customer feedback to understand success conditions and address customer risks and challenges
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, value realization, and adoption of AI and cloud solutions
  • IDentify gaps during delivery and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to global internal communities and advise the team on industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • 3+ years people management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields with 8+ or 12+ years experience, respectively, in related areas
  • 6+ years experience in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects or teams
  • Technical certifications in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) or security
  • 5+ years people management experience managing teams or managers
