Job Overview

The role of Senior Full Stack Developer/Designer entails a strong background in solution design, technical leadership, and project management. A collaborative mindset is essential to work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Work closely with project managers to estimate effort, define timelines, and manage deliverables for the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate technical decisions and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Implement caching, load balancing, and other strategies to enhance the user experience and server efficiency.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and other security measures as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in full-stack development (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in a bank environment (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience with React, Node.js, and Java APIs (preferred).
  • Australia work authorisation (preferred).

Location: Sydney, NSW 2000 (preferred). Work location: In person.
