The Role:

The purpose of this role is to process seafood and provide support as part of a production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a different variety of fish species
  • Scaling, cleaning and packing/labelling experience
  • Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products
  • Understanding of company OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the 'cold chain' process in particular
  • Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Operation of manual pallet jacks or use of forklift
