Job Opportunity: Co-ordinator for Fire Safety Services

Chatswood Sydney NSW

We are a reputable family business within the fire services industry.

Due to our expansion, we seek a motivated individual to join our team based in Chatswood.

This role will involve close communication with clients to enable them to achieve their Annual Fire Safety Statement.

The position is full time, and after a training period of six months, there may be an option to work remotely two days per week.

To succeed, you will need the following skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.

- Prioritizing responsibilities while maintaining accuracy with attention to detail.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Minimum two years' administrative experience.

- Previous fire industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in logging and assigning callouts.

- Scheduling service tasks in conjunction with technicians and clients.

- Monitoring job progress and providing client feedback.

- Ensuring service response KPIs are met.

- Processing defects quotations.

- Managing various client portals with supporting documentations and client requirements.
