Bradnam's Windows and Doors is looking for a talented and knowledgeable Estimator to assist us in achieving accuracy and success in our projects, whether in the production facility or on-site. Our team is seeking an experienced Residential Cost Estimator.
Role Overview
At Bradnam's Windows and Doors, we are pleased to offer a position for a Residential Cost Estimator where you will:
- Analyze and interpret building regulations and apply relevant standards effectively.
- Keep abreast of current building regulations and associated standards.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of Bradnam's products and provide relevant product information to our clients.
Qualifications & Skills
We will equip you with the necessary product-specific training to ensure your success in this role, and with your prior experience, you will bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and determining product requirements, ensuring compliance and meticulous attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of applicable building regulations and the ability to apply them appropriately.
- Strong communication skills, with a genuine focus on customer service.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- A positive approach to tasks while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices.
To thrive in this position, you will need to demonstrate a proactive, self-driven attitude, enjoy technical tasks, and excel in collaborating with a team to achieve desired commercial results.
