Functional Analyst - Microsoft Power Platform

The Role We are seeking a Functional Analyst to play a key role in the successful delivery of projects within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.


  • Understand business processes and gather and analyse requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Act as a primary liaison between business units and developers.
  • Support system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Power Platform capabilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all requirements, workflows, and system changes.

About This Opportunity

The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.


  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including their capabilities and constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and design.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and knowledge of enterprise platform governance and security is desirable.
  • A relevant certification, such as MS Power Platform Functional Consultant, is a plus.
