Job Title: Chief Information Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer to lead our company's technology strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our blockchain and payment cards related platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Lead engineering/developers' teams, manage budgets, and drive innovation.
  • Ensure robust, secure, and compliant platform architecture.
  • Optimize performance through advanced technologies and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Lead a team of ~35 developers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Provide mentorship and career development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Treasury, Support and Operations/Finance teams to align technology with business needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, championing innovation and ongoing platform enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years in senior technology leadership, ideally in Fin Tech or a SaaS Product business.
  • Strong expertise in cloud computing, software architecture, and cybersecurity.
  • Deep understanding of decentralized solutions, EVM environments, PoW and PoS consensus mechanisms, blockchain rollups, and ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-404, and ERC-4337.
  • Demonstrated success in the development of strategic recommendations and priorities across a balance of business needs.
  • Diverse problem-solving experience and demonstrated technical leadership experience.
  • Passion for technology and its game-changing impact on financial services, with a strong understanding of technical concepts, operating models, and financial technology trends.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and juggle.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in an autonomous, entrepreneurial, and fast-moving work environment.

Pay: $220,000.00 per year
