Business Banking Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Business Banking team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving deeper relationships with our portfolio customers.
The role involves developing account management plans to drive deeper relationships and customer advocacy, as well as proactively managing risk and meeting all policy and compliance requirements.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account management plans to drive customer advocacy and retention
- Proactively manage risk and ensure adherence to all policy and compliance requirements
- Elevate identified events, issues or breaches to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lending processes and credit management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a customer-facing role
- Strong business acumen and understanding of risk obligations
- Able to replicate compliance knowledge and procedures
