We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicles, delivering high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
  2. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and suspension.
  3. Conduct suspension repairs and adjustments to enhance vehicle safety and performance.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnoses, repair options, and maintenance recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
  6. Provide honest, transparent advice to customers, ensuring they understand the work being carried out on their vehicle.

Qualifications & Skills
  1. Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive repairs.
  2. Strong knowledge of oil changes, maintenance, and suspension repairs.
  3. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills – ability to explain technical details in an easy-to-understand manner.
  5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  7. Technical certification or relevant hands-on experience in automotive mechanics.
