We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the position of Learn To Swim Instructor at our swimming centre in Richmond during the upcoming pool season. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are enthusiastic, confident and energetic to develop their skills as casual instructors.

The role involves teaching children how to swim, which requires a demonstrated assertive and confident demeanor. Essential criteria include experience working with children, current Austswim Accreditation, CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check, and minimum age of 17 years old as of 1st October 2025.

Desirable skills include Bronze Coaching Accreditation, A.S.C.T.A membership, First Aid Certificate, previous experience as a pool lifeguard or learn to swim instructor, and participation in the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.
